For easier understanding, try BIOS settings around 3600 or 3800. You can align the internal clock with the memory clock or adjust it manually to half of those values (like 1800 or 1900 if your system supports it). If needed, you might want to fine-tune the timing because running at 4000 MHz/s could strain performance since the internal clock can't match that frequency. Running slower is usually better to ensure compatibility.
