Ensure RAM is placed in the correct slots as specified in the manual. If needed, disable XMP, adjust input speed and timing settings, and retry.

Check if the RAM in the file is labeled as 3200MHz.

I haven't tested it myself. Have you checked slower speeds, such as 3000?
