I've used it with a 1600 non-af chip, but it's not posting. Have you considered alternative options?

Confirming your setup: is the monitor linked to your GTX 1660 Super graphics card? Are the 24-pin ATX, 8-pin EPS ports and the graphics card cable correctly connected? Have you attempted to boot with just one stick of RAM?

I've checked all the options, but I didn't run every test with the GPU as the output. Using HDMI on the MB for video might be the reason for the bootloop.

The processor type doesn't support video output by itself. Therefore, posting isn't possible without a graphics card in the system. You must use a videocard to enable posting. It's not recommended to bootloop without the GPU, but it can only POST when the GPU is present and the monitor is connected.
