Hey there, sorry about the headline. I'm really exhausted after hours of troubleshooting. My system is a CPU threadripper 5995wx with a Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE SE Wi-Fi, Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR3 at 3200MHz, CL16 GPU, RTX 3080, and a 12 GB NVMe stick. After installing Windows, it keeps restarting and gets stuck on the circle dots during boot. I've tried a BIOS update, disabled TPM, set the PCIe to Gen 4 manually, and cleared CMOS many times, but nothing works. I've attached a photo of the issue.

Windows 10 or 11? Only one drive is connected, and it's important to set the boot sequence correctly.

I omitted to note Windows 10 3 drives connected with Samsung 980 1tb gen 3 units. They are brand new and I've arranged the boot sequence so only the Windows Boot Manager is active.

I've set up Windows 11 and it's functioning well, but I still dislike it. Is there any way to improve Windows 10?
