Hello, I'm facing an issue with my friend's computer. Its LAN internet connection stopped working suddenly after six months, even though it was brand new. After checking the Device Manager, the Realtek driver wasn't detected. I searched for a driver with a yellow question mark and couldn't find it. (see picture below) The situation got worse when I looked up the motherboard manual for the ASRock B550 Steel Legend. They mentioned the LAN hardware is Dragon RTL8125BG, so I tried downloading a Realtek driver and selected repair, but I couldn't choose modify. Then I saw an error saying "Realtek controller was not found, if deep sleep mode is enabled, plug the cable" (see picture below). I also checked the BIOS for network and LAN settings, which were enabled. Could anyone suggest a solution? Or could it be that the Ethernet port on the motherboard is faulty? Thanks in advance.
