It clearly mentions SAMSUNG. They produce A-B-C-D-E products, so you're thinking about B die. The RAM isn't B die either. Earlier I said B die has superior timing compared to what you mentioned.

For your questions: If you own a 32 GB RGB Trident Z kit from this year, please let me know if either the CL18 (F4-3600C18D-32GTZR) or CL16 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZRC) includes B-Dies. Also, if you prefer not to overclock and intend to move to the R7 5800x3D, consider whether timing still affects performance or if using a non-B-Die CL18 won't significantly impact stability and daily use.

If that exact setup isn't found, a C14 at 3600MHz is likely a better alternative. For stability, b-die is considered the top choice regardless of overclocking. Most kits maintain stability around 2133MHz, so frequency changes aren't major concerns. Other options like CL18 or micron kits might work but won't guarantee 3600MHz performance. Some enthusiasts with capable CPUs can still overclock effectively. Regarding DDR4, it's probably time to move away from it as a standard.
