The ASUS H61M motherboard supports both TRUBO BOOST and Intel SpeedStep. With this configuration, I’m not sure about overclocking but I wonder if TurboBoost is still possible.

When fully loaded, the processor tends to operate at its lowest speeds. Execute a simple single-thread test to determine if one core improves performance.

It should reach around 3.5ghz, yet it struggles to surpass the standard clock speeds. Does anyone know if there are options for power settings or limits?

The starting point is 3.4GHz. Based on the attached image, the CPU position is roughly where it should be. The variation could be due to changes in the base clock. The motherboard may let you enable turbo boost for all cores even when the CPU is locked. I’d need to check the manual for confirmation.

Ok this is something diffrend. But why is doing this to prevent error or it want more voltage.

All of them use the default auto setting.

Consider using 95 for extended power usage and 120 for brief bursts.

Same issue again. Perhaps the motherboard is the problem.

Turbo Boost operates as intended by default. Your motherboard might restrict applying Turbo Boost to all four cores. The stock cooler is built for the CPU in its standard configuration, not the upgraded version. The power adjustments referenced seem to modify actual draw limits rather than the duration of turbo activation. It appears there may be a configurable time range, but I’m unsure of the exact meanings in those settings.
