I kept the HT at its default setting (auto) for now. It will adapt as needed.
Increasing the CPU clock speed can sometimes require more voltage (vcore) to keep up.
Regarding RAM speed, I don’t know much about the BIOS on that older board. Try using the available settings to bring the RAM clock back closer to its default.
Another factor could be the board itself; although it’s of good quality, it isn’t built for serious overclocking. The 4+1 phase power and lack of heat sinks on the VRMs might be issues.
There are many reasons why you might be hitting your limits without much control.
