Initially I assumed the issue was with the headset. I returned it and received a Razer Kraken X Now. The problem lies in the headphones having a 4-pin jack while the box includes a separate 3-pin splitter. It functions perfectly on my laptop by matching the 4-pin jack to the port, allowing clear audio. On the motherboard, I only experience static instead of sound. I've tested another splitter but still no success. I've tried different drivers without resolving the issue.
