I cannot utilize any of Windows Defender's functionalities, since attempting a scan or similar action triggers the following error:
"Page not available: Your IT administrator has restricted access to certain parts of this app, and the item you attempted to access is unavailable. Please contact the IT helpdesk for further assistance."
This problem only occurred after I restored my Windows 11 installation to its original settings.

Are you a network domain member? If linked to a School or Work account, remove it. You may also reset or repair the Windows Defender app via settings. Ensure you're an administrator before proceeding. Follow this link:
I'm not a network domain user, this is a personal system not connected to any school or business. I'll take a look at this guide when I have time.
UPDATE:
The error seems to no longer be present. I had seen these instructions in another guide and followed them about a week ago. It didn't seem to fix the issue at the time, but it's no longer occurring now. I'm able to run virus scans and modify settings in Windows Defender as I wish.
Only thing now is that right clicking on the Windows Defender icon in the system tray does not produce a drop down menu of options, but at this point I'm splitting hairs. Problem solved, thanks everyone.
