You have a Ryzen 5 2600 with a B450M Pro4 motherboard, using two 8GB RAM sticks at 3000MHz in slots A2 and B2. You also have two 4GB RAM sticks at 2400MHz that aren’t in use. For your CAD work, the 2400MHz sticks will be in dual-channel mode on A1 and B1. The 2400MHz RAM won’t slow down the 3000MHz sticks; they’ll run together, each channel using its full speed.

All memory operates at the lowest speed of the connected sticks, which means 2400MHZ unless you manage to boost it slightly.
