I have a 13600k and a Gigabyte B660M DS3H AX DDR4 board. I want to upgrade the BIOS to version F21 for Intel's 13th gen support. I connected an 8 GB USB drive to Q Flash, but nothing happened when I pressed it. I didn't try removing the CPU or RAM, and different USB sizes also failed. I'm worried about a faulty motherboard. Anyone else facing this problem? I need assistance urgently!

The flash drive uses the fat32 format. The BIOS file has been renamed correctly.
