He has a MacBook Pro Mini with 128GB SanDisk USB boot drive packed with software. I'm checking if it's worth $50 for someone offering $80. It includes Mac OS X 10.11.6, full Mac OS X EI Capitan, recovery, and all the latest apps. The drive also comes with Microsoft Office 2016, Apple iLife, Adobe Creative Cloud, Logic Pro X, Final Cut Pro X, iWork, Apple Motion, and more. It's a comprehensive bundle. Consider the value of the included tools and updates. Good luck with your offer!

If Apple software offers worth to you, then it’s a good idea.

The device costs around $20. You probably wouldn't need an El Capitan specialist unless your Macs are outdated enough to run a newer version. The main concern is whether it's worth $30 for someone else to copy the software for you. If any of the suggested programs are trustworthy and useful, it looks like a solid offer.
