I’ve faced some major problems with my keyboard recently. It won’t connect to my computer consistently, especially during certain games. At first it would disconnect occasionally, but then it started failing more often across different games and for longer periods until it became almost impossible to use. Now it only lights up when connected to a USB 2.0 port on my motherboard, but no drivers appear, and Windows shows it doesn’t recognize the device on a USB 3.2 port. This issue appears only on my machine, while it works elsewhere. I’ve tried several fixes: switching ports, disconnecting other devices, reinstalling drivers, rebooting after uninstalling, using troubleshooter, and even running a specific command. Nothing seems to resolve the problem.

No, I haven't checked that yet. Have you tried updating the motherboard BIOS?

Apologies for the delayed response. I just finished the task, though I didn’t resolve the problem. It only seemed to improve stability, allowing web browsing, but it still drops under heavier use. Updated January 2, 2023 by BSB I missed clarifying a few details.

That looks like the issue was resolved with a fresh start.
