Hey everyone, after a long wait, I finally received my new Steam Deck. Once everything was ready, the setup went smoothly, but then my screen started acting up. I have two hands that make repairs tricky. Is there a solution?

If a restart doesn't resolve the issue, it appears to be a faulty screen. Don't worry about trying fixes—your warranty covers it, so just use it.

Sure, I'll try to locate a method for utilizing that warranty.

Reach out to Steam directly. Mention your deck was damaged with a visible line on the screen and inquire about warranty coverage.
