Power on and repeatedly press Del or F2 to enter bios.
Enter Advanced Mode and go to the Boot tab, then CSM(Compatibility Support Module), and set Launch CSM to Enabled.
Make sure Boot Device Control is set to UEFI and Legacy OPROM. Save and exit.
Have you tried a different monitor cable already?

that actually worked and i was able to get to bios and I have a cpu fan error apparently. doesn’t make sense as I have an AIO pump and the case is very new (came in today) so the fans shouldn’t be faulty. I guess it’s time to order a new cpu cooler, my Kraken x62 might be giving out.

Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and flow:

“To properly control fan speeds, connect the fan header to the CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT headers on your motherboard. The AIO's fans are plugged into these headers. Setting the PWM mode will allow you to adjust the fan speed.”
