Your HP laptop freezes briefly after powering on and logging in, the mouse becomes unresponsive, and the keyboard stops functioning. After a short delay, you see a blue screen. When checking for corrupt files via the command prompt, no issues were found. There’s no fan noise or motherboard sounds, though. In one case, Task Manager showed only 0.9% CPU usage while the CPU was at full capacity. I suspect the CPU might be faulty, but it’s uncommon. Please let me know.
