Consider updating to the 3.20 BIOS for your Asrock X670E Pro RS. You're currently on 3.16, and everything seems fine otherwise. The crashes you experienced with the new NVidia drivers in Cyberpunk 2077 were likely due to driver conflicts, not a hardware issue. Your GPU driver has improved from 572.67 to 566.36, which should help stability.

There are two main reasons to upgrade your BIOS: new features and bug corrections. If the updates for versions 3.17 through 3.20 don’t mention benefits that matter to you, you might end up losing more than you gain. Besides the minor risks BIOS changes can bring, they could also introduce issues you weren’t aware of before. Unless you require a newer version, I wouldn’t suggest making the change.
