Do you know what this connector looks like? The manual only lists the ones next to it, maybe it relates to the BIOS. It feels similar to a USB header, though the pin on the other side is missing. The motherboard is a ROG Strix B450-F Gaming II.

Alternatively, you might need a USB 2 header (possibly for wireless or Bluetooth) or a debug header (for overclockers, to monitor voltages, program BIOS, etc). It's near the BIOS flash memory and likely the microcontroller that handles flashing BIOS without using the CPU via the USB port.

Certainly an SPI interface for updating the firmware, particularly because of its close placement. Intended for technical use only, not intended for regular users, so it isn't marked.

Use a multimeter to test the connections to the flash chip and identify their wiring. It’s likely they’re connected directly.
