GPU MSI ventus 3x RTX 3070TI/XFX RX 580 CPU paired with Ryzen 9 3900x board. Motherboard is Asus TUF X570, RAM includes two 8GB modules at 3200MHz. My RTX 3070TI appears only during Windows boot with proper drivers, BIOS or Microsoft adapter not functioning. Using an older RX 580 with the same HDMI cable works for BIOS access. I've checked reseating RAM, GPU, CPU, and reconnected power cables. Assistance would be appreciated.

Confirmed and corrected. Accessing the bios with my 3070 is possible, but I need to press shift+restart from the Windows power menu. It’s quite dim.
