Is it a 1080p 144Hz display you're running? It makes sense why GPU load drops since your setup is higher resolution. Regarding tearing, it’s unrelated to a bottleneck. If your screen supports Gsync (and you’ve enabled it correctly), tearing will persist when the frame rate exceeds the sync limits. Fast sync or Enhanced Sync can help reduce that issue.

Your setup seems limited for higher refresh rates. Upgrading to 240Hz or 1440Hz might improve performance, but check if your hardware supports those speeds.

It's generally any game, but it doesn't run perfectly fluid. That could be due to my monitor not being powerful enough for such high performance.
