I've observed performance issues with my setup, especially when using the RTX 3070. I'm experiencing noticeable lag and frame drops, sometimes even at lower settings. The screen can tear or stutter, particularly in games running at 144Hz. My monitor supports 144Hz but doesn't seem to resolve the problem. Could you assist me?

Updated BIOS and drivers to the latest versions. Your gaming performance still feels sluggish, with games freezing or stuttering despite expectations.

Track GPU and CPU activity, along with clock speeds and temperatures. Some components are risky—both the AIO and PSU have been recalled, and the VRM isn’t doing well for a 10700KF, so power throttling could happen. Monitoring should help identify the issues.

I checked my GPU and CPU stats—they’re both around 70% CPU and 50% GPU usage while playing Cycle Frontier. The AIO stopped working recently, and my temps are a bit higher than normal but not extreme (70-80°C on CPU). The power supply seems okay.

Check the VRM health regularly and look for any unusual noises or overheating signs. Use monitoring tools to track voltage and temperature trends. If issues arise, consider cleaning the components or replacing faulty parts.

Checking the HWiNFO64 for VRM details on this board. CPU usage per core and clock speeds are listed, along with notes about the PSU reliability. The system appears to have been replaced since it’s showing warnings about power issues.

That's surprising! I wasn't expecting an issue with my PSU, do you think I should replace it?

If you need a particular power supply, let me know which one you're considering and I can suggest the best option for you.

Yes I think you should buy a new one, though I don't think it should be causing your performance to be stuttery or anything like that. It's more I just wouldn't be surprised if your system caught fire in the future. https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ Go for an A tier unit, 750W or higher, preferably 850W or higher for future upgrades sake though you only really need a good 750W for this system.
