You'd need to adjust the setting to 1800. If that isn't visible, it might be an oversight. For reference, on my x570 Gigabyte Aorus Elite I recall the speed reaching over 2000+ (which corresponds to 4000+ MHz). Are you certain you didn't overlook it? You could try scrolling a bit further but not realizing.
