Checking performance for GTA V at 1080p mid-high should give solid FPS. The CPU specs on the site seem low, but boosts to 3.4 GHz help. If you want smooth playback of Sims 4 and Saints Row 4, those settings should work well too. Let me know if you need more details!

It should handle a 850M smoothly for GTA V at a moderate setting, Sims 4 reasonably well, and Saints 4 with a higher performance.

It might be a bit high, but you could definitely manage it. You should be capable of reaching around 40 frames per second when lower settings are enabled and most features are disabled.
