It's more than likely not coming to the PC  we're still waiting for Halo 3.

Hey Bungie/Microsoft, could you make all the Halos titles for PC and XBONE available as a remastered set? Avoid anything similar to what Ubisoft does.

They're slowly launching the Master Chief collection for PC... one step at a time.

They won't make it on PC unless the consoles really improve. Exclusive games are what consoles offer over PC, but once they stop being that way and PC gaming becomes more approachable, you'll see Halo get released on PC. Even though Microsoft controls Windows, they're pushing a strong title for their consoles, likely hoping it will boost sales and eventually lead to more purchases. Nintendo is also releasing classic titles like Mario and Zelda, seemingly in response to changing trends.

Nintendo isn't delivering those games well, they're struggling more than AMD, and they seem focused on making quick money before launching their next bizarre concept. (3ds... really, Nintendo has wild ideas that actually work.) Everyone just wants those Mario/Zelda titles, and Brawl & Melee are feeling outdated. "It's not a true intention console until a solid Mario Zelda or Smash game arrives (including Mario Kart) does." Honestly, I agree with you completely—what makes consoles special compared to PCs is the exclusive titles, which usually only get ported after they're no longer exclusive about a quarter of the time.

It's the most highly recommended franchise ever. That's exactly what I meant.

Not joining the PC and it doesn’t matter. Just another COD:AW/Titanfall.

You're right, there won't be any new content for PC. It's just exclusive titles for Xbox One. The console itself isn't useful for that.
