I mostly enjoy competitive shooters such as Overwatch, Quake and some CS puzzles. I’m looking for a solid single-player experience to relax without the pressure. I’ve tried PoE but it doesn’t meet my expectations. Any recommendations? And I definitely won’t want to play WoW.

Are you seeking a solo experience? Many MMORPGs offer extensive content, with plenty of free options available. TERA stands out as a top choice for you. Explore major RPG franchises from Bethesda, such as The Elder Scrolls and Fallout; The Elder Scrolls series is ideal if you prefer fantasy over shooter tropes. A significant portion of these games requires leveling up through skill practice, alongside engaging narratives. I recommend beginning with Oblivion and progressing to Skyrim. Morrowind works well but feels dated compared to newer titles.

They're all about randomness and risk, betting everything on chance before trying again—kind of like a high-stakes game of luck.

I’ve enjoyed customizing Skyrim, whether it’s single-player or multiplayer—what matters is having the freedom to do what you want without interruptions.
