Hello, I bought Dark Souls 3 right at launch, usually waiting a month or after the first patch before purchasing. Now I’m facing trouble getting my Xbox Elite controller to function with it. Have anyone experienced this problem? I’ve tested with Dual Shock, Steam Controller, and Xbox 360, but none work. Other PC games are fine. I’ve already tried checking game integrity, uninstalling/reinstalling, and switching PCs.

It might not include controller features, you could try XPadder instead.

I encountered this problem. Tried using a mouse and keyboard. It was tough to resolve. I suspect it might be related to the software, but I’m not sure. Any ideas would be helpful.

Have you attempted to reinstall your controllers and drivers? Check for full controller compatibility (as per Steam).

I confirmed the detail was missed in the original message. I sent an email to texh support, thinking the community might provide a clearer response.

It seems like there might be an issue, but it should be resolved soon if it impacts all controllers.

I verified controller compatibility. I used the Xbox One controller for roughly three hours yesterday. Do you know if there are any additional input devices that could interfere?

It seems there might be an adjustment needed in the configuration settings. This is typically the initial step I check when resolving problems.
