The video demonstrates the issue clearly and consistently. On various discussion boards I've seen reports suggesting a problematic map section that needs checking the game cache. Since I didn't purchase it via Steam, reinstalling seems like the only option or hoping Rockstar addresses it. I'd prefer avoiding another download of the 60GB file.

It would have been better to purchase the steam version, even though it would have cost more. I plan to reinstall then. If that doesn't resolve the issue... man...
