Generally, most emulators perform better than the original by executing actions it can't. ZSNES supports audio at 44.1KHz and 1280x960 resolution, surpassing the SNES's limits. So what counts as "better"?

The only changes I noticed were adjustments in the game code or memory, which boosted the frame rate but introduced several problems. That doesn’t really count as a real improvement.

Generally, Cemu can provide a better frame rate in games compared to the Wii U. I believe Windwaker HD was an example where this was noticeable. Cemu demonstrated a higher average frame rate during that time.

If you mean maintaining a steady frame rate instead of dropping it, I'd think it's clear that the rate should stay above 30 FPS on the console version.
