I've attempted all possible fixes concerning updating bios and drivers, plus restarting Windows, but it only works when I disconnect and reconnect the USB cable... someone can assist?

Update your post to mention full system hardware details and operating system information. Check if the Hperrx headset functions properly on another functional computer or other tested audio equipment. See if other verified headsets also work on your machine. Identify whether the issue is related to the headset itself or persists on your computer.

I think the issue lies with my windows or drivers. It functions perfectly on my laptop and when plugged back in, but it works flawlessly even without power. I previously owned a redragon h510 zeus2 usb headset and samson studio monitors, and everything operated smoothly. My pc specifications are: ryan z 5 3500, b450m ds3h v2 gigabyte, gtx 1660 super, 32gb ram at 3200mhz, windows 10 64bit, 21h1.
