Observed issue with using rapid mode on SSD in Windows 10. Samsung Magician indicates the system isn't Windows 7 or newer. Possible solution? Check your setup and try alternative methods. For more help, visit the YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/LetsTeamVideos

They’d need to be fools to skip the patches and make it run on Windows 10. Just give it a moment.

Windows 10 is now available, with a rollout planned over the next few months. Not everyone will get updates right away, that's for sure.

It's Samsung; they have sufficient staff. The fix is straightforward—just install a Windows 10 patch.

It could be more than just a quick fix. RAPID handles a lot of tasks by moving commonly used files to a hidden RAM disk, which affects many Windows processes. The differences between Windows 7/8.1 and 10 are noticeable, especially with the early preview versions that keep changing, making it tough for developers to build applications smoothly. Just be patient, things will stabilize eventually.

It's merely checking for files and processes to identify the OS, but in Windows 10 everything shifted. Now the software assumes it isn't compatible.

Some users have resolved the issue by reverting from Magician 4.6 to 4.4, noting that 4.6 fails to recognize the correct operating system.
