Did you turn on Windows Defender ransomware protection? If yes, it prevents apps from saving to your personal folders unless they’re added to the exception list. If it remains off, can you save files elsewhere? Try a different program and see if it resolves the issue. When did the issue begin? Did you run any system tweak utilities? Have you experimented with changing file permissions? Was a folder set to Read-only?
