When I open my file explorer and click something, it takes a long time to load. I’m worried there might be a virus, and I think my computer feels slower than usual—it’s been six months. I’m really concerned about this.

Try reinstalling Windows using GhostSpectre, which is already available. Alternatively, get the official version, then add MalwareBlaster and an adblocker to your browser, or if you choose the official, attempt a clean install and turn off animations.

I don't have that information right now. You might want to check the product details or contact the seller for confirmation.

Ich bin zu 90 Prozent sicher, es handelt sich um eine SSD.

No, it doesn't necessarily mean you need to wipe your PC. The need for wiping depends on the specific situation or issue you're facing.

Your computer becomes sluggish after updates since it frequently crashes the drivers.

It's not following a patch, but I have some driver updates installed.

Yes, but if you haven’t created a partition yet, make one now and save your important files there. Then install Windows—either the official version or the Ghostscript version, which is already preloaded for faster performance.

I can't access your PC directly. Do you have any other ideas or alternatives you'd like to explore?
