Hello everyone, I'm currently working on assembling a jukebox but it's becoming increasingly frustrating. I've been using paid software and reaching out for help more than twenty times without getting a satisfactory response. After trying Windows 10 and now switching to Windows 11, the issue persists. The problem occurs when a video plays on the top screen and the bottom screen freezes; conversely, if the bottom screen is active, the top screen also freezes. I've noticed that using Windows Media Player on the top screen while switching to the bottom screen causes it to freeze regardless. Despite testing various graphics cards—GT 1030, ATI—and receiving feedback about my PC specs (Intel Core i3 9th gen, UHD graphics, 8GB DDR4 RAM)—I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this situation. It seems there might be some confusion about system requirements and performance. 8GB RAM is quite limited for modern Windows versions, especially Windows 10/11.
