Lower your clock first and see if you get any more bsod. If it's fine then work on putting the clocks back up with increased voltage.

Just in case it helps others, I finally stopped crashing completely. My CPU overclock required higher voltage. Now I'm running at 4.6Ghz @ 1.280v — temperatures look normal, so that's good. It seems other games handled 1.260v just fine. GTA V really tests your limits and can be a fun way to spend hours. I also checked the page file settings and it helped a lot with random stuttering. The biggest improvement came from tabbing in and out, which eliminated stutter entirely for the rest of the session. I found this tip on Google but wasn’t sure why it worked.
