I'm about to release an update and realized my system only shows 16GB RAM even though the memory section lists 32GB. Also, my XMP profile is set to version 2 but the processor runs at 2133MHz. I've been facing issues where it needs several restarts just to open Windows, even though the boot drive is selected first.
Remove all the sticks, reinsert them and check if the system displays 32GB. Occasionally DIMMs may be recognized but remain inaccessible because the slots don’t align properly. Regarding XMP, with Gigabyte you need to manually configure the memory frequency to your preference. Activating XMP simply ensures the device adheres to the XMP profile for timing and voltage settings.
You've changed the memory settings again, but the system is still not booting. The file name is 20200625_113644.mp4.
Reset the CMOS chip. If not done, shut down the power supply and take out the CMOS battery, then press the power button to remove any remaining power, after that reinsert the power source and battery for a better reset.
I'd remove the CPU and let it rest before reinstalling, then test its functionality. If you prefer, attempt to replace it gradually using one stick at a time.
You're good to go with just one stick. The CPU shouldn't be a problem.
You checked every stick and only one boot connected to the BIOS. The others didn't work.
