To achieve this setup, you'd need two separate lines: one from the Server Room to the front door for WAN, and another for connecting the switch to the UDM-Pro. This would allow you to replace the ISP router instead of daisy-chaining the switch directly to it. Also, consider that the UDM Pro requires a dedicated WAN line rather than relying on the switch to handle both WAN and other connections.

I'll run a second cable if it's straightforward; otherwise, use VLANs to create two separate networks on one cable. I'll connect the UniFi switch for easier management. Make sure the switch is powered by the UDM Pro's LAN, then apply VLANs as needed. You can handle traffic through VLANs too. The diagram should show this configuration.

I could link it this way to bypass the ISP router, though the WAN connection remains tied to additional wired devices connected to the UDM-Pro.

There is a single path leading into the house that uses a FTTC cable, ending at an RJ11 port inside the residence. To connect it properly, you’d need a converter to change from RJ11 to RJ45 for use with the Ubiquity Switch.

The modem needs to be installed once the connection is established at home, and it seems the UDM-Pro isn't compatible with that setup.

You should have DSL. Then connect the DSL modem to the UDM or a switch with VLANs configured properly. Yes, you'll need a modem to turn DSL into Ethernet.
