I'm having trouble getting my new PC to boot properly. After installing the ASRock z790 Nova WIFI i7, I powered it on and entered Windows. Now when it enters sleep mode, pressing a key on the keyboard wakes it up, but the CPU restarts while everything else powers back on. My TV display doesn't appear at all, even though I'm using an LG C3 monitor. All fans are running except the pump, which is still off. The only way to fully restart it is by shutting it down and pressing the power button on the motherboard. The board came with a reset/power button. After that, it works normally. I've tested everything thoroughly and everything seems fine.

Adjust your BIOS sleep mode configuration to another setting. I use s3.
