You have a well-built system with recent upgrades and clean installations. The laptop seems to be running smoothly, while your PC is struggling with performance issues. Consider checking for background processes, updating drivers, or running a system restore. Also, ensure your antivirus isn't interfering with apps. If the problem persists, a hardware diagnostic might help identify the root cause.
Bios is updated, yes Thermals seem effective? I haven't fully tested everything, but under heavy use the GPU stays below 65-70 degrees. I'm using a Vapor Chamber heatsink. The CPU handles normal browsing and tasks without more than 1-10% usage, which suggests no thermal throttling. Most of the problems appear to be software-related, persisting even after clean reinstalls—though the first one was completely smooth.
I’ll handle the issue as much as possible physically—there’s no damage, the laptop is brand new. The SSD appears to be a KIOXIA XG8 Series and it starts up promptly or normally, not taking much time.
Latest BIOS installed, all features current, yet no noticeable enhancements.
It's okay to go through the BIOS settings; I initially thought it might be malware, but I don’t have many apps installed.
