Hey there. I'm running a bit low on my energy right now. I just got two new RAM sticks to swap in for the old one—thanks to the Dual Channel DDR5 upgrade—but my PC isn't booting reliably. When it does start up, it usually works fine, but whenever I power it on or restart, it freezes at the POST stage and won’t display anything on the screen. After turning it off, rebooting a few times, and finally opening the case to reset the CMOS with my usual screwdriver, it eventually boots again. Once that happened, I set the XMP profile to 6000 and saved it without any trouble. But then, days later (or even sooner), the whole process repeats. I've tried several fixes: updating the BIOS, moving RAM to slots 1/3, using the "always retrain" feature in BIOS (a suggestion from a Reddit thread), and running stability tests with Cinebench and Memtest from a USB drive. The clear sign is something isn't working right—either my motherboard or the RAM. I'm getting pretty anxious because it's starting to interfere with my work hours, especially since I'm remote. Plus, I've noticed another issue this morning: I can't drag Chrome windows smoothly, and the Windows interface sometimes locks up or stalls unexpectedly. It doesn’t seem like normal lag, but it’s definitely not stable. My system specs are: 7800X3D (no PBO overclock yet due to ongoing troubleshooting), ASRock B650 PG Lightning 2x32GB Trident Z5 at 6000MHz, CL30 (model F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5RK), plus a CL30 ADATA Lancer 6000MHz and another CL30 AX5U6000C3032G-CLARBK.
