From a CPU standpoint, a 3 GHz Pentium D from fifteen years ago offers roughly the same speed it does now. (Pentium D was generally a weaker chip back then.) For graphics, it falls short of the Intel HD 4000. If you need better visuals, an HD 5450 would likely be more suitable. Overall, it’s probably just enough for basic internet use.
