Planned to increase clock speed but discovered even at 3.5(Stock) load I’m reaching temperatures near 95°C and idle temps between 30-40°C.
Testing tool: 'prime95'; monitoring: 'coretemp'/'HWMonitor'.

Posting to check if any errors are missed.
Components:
CPU - Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.5GHz 1.2v
Heatsink: tt Contac 16 - Single Fan
GPU: Strix GTX 970
Motherboard: Asus Z170-E
RAM: x2 4GB DDR4
PSU: Voltage output issue not reported before
Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The cooler is too weak for serious overclocking. Think about choosing a Hyper 212 EVO if you're on a tight budget, or opt for an H60 water cooler if you have the means.
