this won't run rust directly. only discord and basic apps can launch, using default settings, 780p resolution, but ideally prefer the PCPartPicker part list with price details by merchant type.

Very unlikely I’d trust my friend’s advice. For Rust, a GTX 980 or similar is probably necessary. However, with an Intel 630 graphics chip, you might manage to run it. These are the top CPU options: Intel Core i3-8100, i3-8300, i3-8350K, or you can choose any of them from this link: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/#g=409&sort=price

These should definitely function, but I recommend avoiding a Radeon card—it's better suited for your PC.

I checked it earlier, and the 1060 with 3GB is more affordable but has a slight edge... I guess I’ll go with that, haha.
