Still no crashes and I've restarted at least six times to test. Check the photos below from my BIOS. Starting from memory, I realized "Extreme Memory Profile (XMP)" was turned off, which also disabled XMP High Frequency Support. I fixed it by setting it to Profile1, enabling XMP and switching the frequency profile support to "Auto." This resolved all previous issues, including the blue screens mentioned in my original post. If you don’t have these options, consider researching what they do before making changes. YouTube can be very useful. FYI: Before adjusting BIOS settings, always save them under a clear name just in case things go wrong.
