I am assembling a new PC with Ryzen 3 1300x, Gigabyte B350m, Ripjaws V (2 x 8) at 2400mHz. I have no choice but to stick to the budget. Should I opt for FSP aurum rated 500 or 600 watts, or should I consider Thermaltake Toughpower 750w? The options are:

- Reduce RAM and purchase a better PSU, then install an OC 1300x on it.
- Choose FSP aurum 500w/600w and Ryzen 1300x (not OC 1300x).
- Get a Ryzen 1200 and an OC 1300x on the better PSU.

Note: No seasonal PSUs are available locally, including Corsair CXS models.

Ripjaws are out of stock, (except for shipping which I usually avoid in my country), so I’m considering 2133 HyperX Rams with 4x4 or 2x8 configurations. Which one would you recommend?
