Hey there, I've been using this new PC for a few days and it keeps shutting down unexpectedly—about ten times in the past few days. I got it from Cyberpower UK, pre-built, since my old machine was really old. The specs I ordered are the main parts; they suggested re-seating them, which I did. After that, everything worked perfectly until just an hour ago. It happens no matter what I'm doing—gaming, streaming, etc. I'm here to figure out if the issue is with the power supply unit or something else. Thanks.

No, there isn't a particular load that consistently triggers the shutdown more often than others.

Really, it doesn't work well at all—it shuts off completely no matter what I'm doing. I've already reached out to Cyberpower, who will send a replacement PSU for testing to see if the problem is with the power supply or something else. I expect a response tomorrow, and I'll update you then.

Updated; a new PSU was installed but the problem continues. Uncertain what the cause is now.

The system is using a CPU cooler. The CPU and GPU temperatures are being monitored. Edit: You selected the Lancool PC-008. In the images on CyberPC's site, every fan is configured for exhaust, with none running as intake. I’m wondering if the build wasn’t shown in the product photos...
