Hello everyone! I've been using this PC for around seven months now. Initially, I ran Linux with the Manjaro distribution, but due to work requirements, I switched to Windows 10 64-bit. While Linux felt okay at first—though not ideal—it performed well without major issues. Now, with Windows, things have taken a turn for the worse. I tried a few programs to assess the situation (one was Victoria, which highlighted bad sectors on the HDD and now shows errors). Even browser games like Happy Wheels or Super Auto Pets run much less smoothly. Is this just my perception, or is the PC really underperforming as I thought? I've attached a screenshot from Speccy (the process was quite challenging).

it isn't as impressive as you imagined, actually the UHD graphics are quite poor. but it could also be due to the motherboard or the old hard drive, though the CPU appears strong enough for a 10th gen desktop i5 running Windows 10.

I'm relying on the graphics card that should manage a web browser game, right?

It feels a bit odd, but checking UserBenchmark will help clarify things.

You're using an older graphics card that seems outdated, lacking driver support. The integrated Intel iGPU might suffice, so consider swapping it out for better performance. The motherboard's display output works fine, but modern OSes running on an HDD are slow. A 1TB SATA SSD costs around $57 and can significantly improve speed. You can easily clone your existing drive to replace the HDD without reinstalling, which will greatly enhance overall responsiveness.

R5 230 runs on TeraScale2 architecture, introduced with ATI Radeon HD 5000 cards in 2009. It doesn't support many of the hardware acceleration features most browsers rely on. In reality, this card offers a significantly poorer experience compared to your iGPU for everyday tasks.
