It should work okay. I’m not sure how much the BO3 game will push your high-end CPU, but maybe upgrade to a 4460 would help.

You won’t be able to use the highest configurations, but it shouldn’t cause too many issues. I’d consider switching to an i5-4460 instead of the i3 and possibly upgrade to an R9 390, though that would mean a much larger cost increase.
