I recently upgraded my old PC from a Ryzen 2600 to an Intel 12400F and updated the motherboard and other components. My 3060 is displaying code 43, and I've tried nearly every possible fix. Could someone assist me?

A Core 43 error designates that there's a graphics issue. Try updating/reinstalling the graphics driver as driver issues are among the most common problems.

I attempted it too. I used ddu and then reinstalled without an internet connection, but it didn’t work.
