You can also try ThrottleStop to see if the turbo power caps are restricted. Raising those caps lets Intel CPUs utilize more turbo boost, which speeds them up. I tested this yesterday with an 11400F that managed a 40% performance jump at full load by adjusting the turbo limits. If you notice a lock icon, it means the BIOS has secured those caps and won’t change them. Some manufacturers do this.
